Drei ISS-Überflüge und eine Starlink Satelliten-Kaskade

Die Nacht vom 15. zum 16. Mai war, recht ereignisreich, was beobachtbare Satellitenüberflüge anging. Trotz Wolken konnte meine AllSky Kamera drei der vier ISS-Überflüge einfangen.

Dazu kommt, dass Elon Musk kurz vorher die nächste Charge seiner Starlink Satelliten nach oben geschickt hat. Siehe auch den Blogartikel zur Woche ab dem 16.05.21 von Skyweek Zwei Punkt Null.

AllSky Kamera: Mutmaßliche Perseiden Sternschnuppe, Elon Musks Weltraummüll und der Mond im Goldenen Tor der Ekliptik

Die Nächte vom 11. zum 12. und 12. zum 13. August wurden angepriesen als Schwerpunkte für die Beobachtung des Perseiden Meteorstroms. Die Nacht der genannten zweiten Nacht ist meine AllSky Kamera wahrscheinlich fündig geworden:

Sie steht auf unserer Balkonterrasse und zeigt nach Süden. Der Blick von Osten über den Norden zum Westen wird von unserer Wohnung blockiert. D.h. der scheinbare Ursprung des Stroms am Himmel ist für die Kamera nicht sichtbar. Geschwindigkeit und Flugbahn sind aus meiner Sicht aber sehr gute Indizien, dass es sich um einen Perseiden handelt. Ich habe das in meinem Film auch dargestellt. Der Film zeigt dann auch noch einen kleinen Schwarm an Starlink Satelliten von Elon Musk. Und im Morgengrauen, welches durch die lange Belichtungszeit der Kamera sehr hell dargestellt wird, sieht man dann noch den Mond im Goldenen Tor der Ekliptik stehen.

PS: Ja, es sind sehr viele bunte Punkte im Film zu sehen. Das sind die sogenannten Hot Pixels, die die ungekühlte Kamera erzeugt. Bei hohen Temperaturen und langen Belichtungszeiten treten sie extrem stark hervor. Zu Beginn des Einsatzes der Kamera lagen die nächtlichen Temperaturen rund 10-15 Grad niedriger. Dort sind die Hot Pixels nicht so aufgefallen.
